The intention of the Auto Dealers CARing For Kids Foundation shall be to carry on charitable and educational activities as defined for the purposes of the Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, which further the charitable and educational mission of the Automobile Dealers Association of Greater Philadelphia and its Dealer Members. The Foundation was established to make grants to other charitable, Code Section 501(c)(3) non-profit organizations which conduct programs and provide service to benefit the children of the Delaware Valley . The Foundation also sponsors education and safety programs relating to the retail new car industry in the Philadelphia area.

This Foundation does not support individuals, fraternal, veteran, alumni, labor, or governmental agencies, religious organizations (unless they are engaged in a significant project that is non-sectarian and benefits the broad base of the Foundation's market area of Bucks, Chester, Delaware, Montgomery and Philadelphia counties) or political organizations/lobbyist groups.
