PAAF Grant Recipients
In 2007, our Board of Trustees made the decision to join forces with the Pennsylvania Automotive Association Foundation (PAAF), which was founded in 2002 and shares similar goals with our Foundation. The financial arrangement allows us to distribute grants in the Philadelphia area through PAAF. Below are some of our grant recipients.

Greater Philadelphia YMCAs
In April of 2016, the Foundation proudly supported Healthy Kids Day at 29 local YMCA branches. As part of its sponsorship, the Foundation funded the Roadmap to Health which promoted “fit and fun” activities to keep children on the move.
Philadelphia Academies, Inc.
PAI works to expand life and economic options for Philadelphia public school students through career-focused programming that prepares young people for employment and post-secondary education. Since 2012, our Foundation has supported PAI’s mission with a grant for a summer internship program for students who attend automotive classes in Philadelphia high schools.
The Foundation has annually contributed $20,000 to the Pennsylvania Automotive Association’s (PAA) Scholarship Fund since 2012. The scholarships are awarded in two categories: 1) to children of dealership employees who have demonstrated academic excellence and a commitment to their communities through community service; 2) automotive technology students who demonstrate interest in a career in auto technology by pursuing post-secondary training and the support of a new car dealership.
